My professional journey began as a licensed psychiatric nurse, and I have since evolved into a licensed marriage and family therapist, working across intensive inpatient units, state hospitals, and private treatment settings for more than two decades.

My leadership extended into health equity, where I served for five years as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Ventura County Healthcare Agency, advocating for systemic change and cultural responsiveness within public health.

My clinical expertise spans the treatment of depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders including florid schizophrenia, PTSD, marital and relational conflict, self-esteem issues, and trauma-related conditions. I work passionately with the BIPOC community, recognizing and addressing the disparities in access and care.
