Couples Therapy
Here at Connect the Dots relationships are important. We think that a strong foundation is key to moving forward in life. Therefore, we like to meet with the individuals in the relationships one at a time for the first two sessions, then during the third session, couples therapy will begin. This will not only allow for the clinician to better support you and your partner individually, but we are confident that your feelings and concerns can be heard with out any discomfort from the partner.
